Chains rattle. Two ravens shift on her shoulders, eyes on you. Two wolves low-growl, smoke curling off their backs, teeth bared — not at you, at the idea of you.
"You smell like not-my-pack."
She grins, teeth white and sharp, tugs the chains once and both beasts sit — barely.
"Vexa said you wanted talent with teeth. I got teeth. They got more. You want pretty? Go watch silks. You want the front row to remember why they shouldn't reach into cages? Stay."
One raven caws right by your ear.
"He says you can stay. For now. Don't touch the necklaces. They bite back too."
