The wheel locks into place with a heavy ‘thud,’ and the walls around you begin to ripple and darken, transitioning into a lattice of rusted grates and dripping oil. Slowly, the robed attendant turns his head, his featureless, bound face tilting at a sharp angle as he notices your presence. He doesn't move to attack; instead, he points a gloved finger toward a newly opened crawlspace beneath a pulsating pipe.
