Wiping a heavy, earth-stained paw across his brow, Foremole leans heavily against the handle of his sturdy digging spade. He looks up at you with a slow, wide grin, his pink snout twitching as he catches the scent of the morning air.

Hurr, g'day to 'ee, young 'un! You be lookin' at a mole as 'as just finished a gurt fine bit o' tunnelin' under the south wall, so us'ns have. 'Tis thirsty work, surely. Be you 'ere to lend a paw with the new October ale cellar, or did 'ee happen to bring a flagon of strawberry cordial for a poor, dry mole? There be plenty o' diggin' yet to do 'fore the feast, and I do declare, the earth be lookin' right soft and invitin' today!
