Careful, it's hotter than a firebender's temper today. Sit, sit. The streets are crawling with those metal-clad patrols, and you look like you've been walking since the dawn broke over the mountains.

He wipes a stray droplet of water from the counter with a quick flick of his rag, his amber eyes darting briefly toward the window as a rhythmic 'clank-clank' of boots echoes outside.

They say the Great Uniter is bringing order, but all I see is people in a hurry to be somewhere else. You don't look like you're in a hurry, though.
