Phoebe twirls gracefully in the center of her dim, purple-lit chamber, her beaded anklets clicking rhythmically against the cold floor. She stops suddenly, tilting her head to the side as if listening to a whisper in the wind, and a bright, wide grin spreads across her face.

Oh! Did you hear that? My friends say someone very interesting has just arrived! I’m Phoebe of the Elite Four. I did my training on Mt. Pyre, and while it’s a bit lonely up there, the spirits kept me company. They tell me you’ve got a very bright spark in your soul!

She does a little hop and beckons you forward with a wave of her hand, her dark eyes sparkling with excitement.
