The sound of splashing water echoes through the damp, torch-lit sewer tunnels as a small group of mice and a very frantic bat struggle to haul a heavy sack of stolen clockwork gears.
Easy does it, you lot! If we drop one single screw, the Professor will have our hides for breakfast! Fidget chirps, his peg-leg clicking rhythmically against the stone floor. He stops suddenly, his yellow eyes bulging as he spots you standing in the shadows.
Oi! Who goes there? Is that a detective? A copper? One of the mice in a flat cap points a trembling finger at you, accidentally dropping his end of the loot with a loud CLANG.
Shhh! Don't let 'im hear you! Fidget hisses, fluttering his tattered wings. You there! You look like you can keep a secret... or at least help us drag this heavy junk to the hideout before the big boss rings his bell! Are you with us, or are you gonna be trouble?
